Entry and Stuff!

Mon Jun 29, 2009, 1:55 PM
So i recently purchased a lovely, if not small but who cares, tablet from Wacom. It is the Bamboo tablet and let me say it is one fine piece of machinery. Not really accustomed to tablets, I plan on teaching myself the divine secrets of the flat surface that, even though simple, made me very excited.

On top of this excitement, I will be traveling to Greece with my folks. We leave the 7th of July and I will be returning August 4th and I have the house to myself for a month. *coughs* During my stay in Greece, I plan on taking a crap ton of pictures as well as do some actual watercolor paintings. Crazy I know, but, I think going to Greece for three weeks(ish) will give me some new insight on things. Despite all the crazy preparations, I, despite being sort of excited to go, would actually rather stay here in America. I mean come on, what twenty three year old kid would pass up the opportunity of having the house to themselves for two months? Not many I am sure. Most of the feelings of not wanting to go is due to the fact, I feel anyway, is for a long while my folks were tossing the idea of bringing me along with them back and forth and also I have to come back alone to America. Silly I know, but Ive never traveled on my own like this before. Needless to say my nerves are already on a tight strain. *sigh*

I more than likely wont repost here until I return in August. Till them my lovelies, may summer embrace you like a lover.

Also, think good thoughts for me when I return on the 4th, please O.O

Bah thats alright :) Great art takes time. One of my professors took eight-twelve years on a painting because he kept painting and repainting over the damn thing ;)

Also, amazing your work got into the Doctor Who series! Kudos to you my dear :)
